Mir is already bad when I think of it. But eventually he comes to safety and now the weather is already partly so bad that I have to do so slowly my winter training plan ready. Today it's raining all day and I even think about it set at rest.
I cyclist now on a fairly high level am I decided this winter for much more balance sports. My training in the winter provides only 3 wheel units per week. One such unit as endurance, the other two specific (as long the weather permits and technical training to improve my downhill grades). Once a week I am determined to go swimming - let's see if what is, at least I have since moving schonmal the opportunity to swim.
Stay two running sessions left who want to be scattered throughout the week. Of these, a long 60-90 minute basic endurance unit and a cross country (combined with a flight of stairs, alternating sprints, jumps, etc.). As always I am focused again in the winter a little more on weight training, which I've designed new training plans (1x & 1x upper body legs separately), each lasting for only 20-40 minutes. So I get this even on days with shorter endurance exercise (swimming, cross country, specific wheel unit) in the schedule and do not lose as fast, especially their motivation (for me) boring workout.
was important to me for this winter to get a lot of variety in the plan disciplined easily through the cold season to come. Last year, it works quite well, let's see how it will be this year. I think I will still 2-3 weeks Transition Training make (relatively unstructured) and then start training plan.
